في الخلاط الكهربائي يخلط الثوم مع الملح والكمون والفلفل الحار والبقدونس والخل والليمون، ويفرمو جيدا لنحصل على خليط سائل يتبل فيه سمك الثعابين ويترك قليلا

يترك السمك من الخليط ثم يعفر بالدقيق مع قليل من الماء
