    تقلى البطاطس في زيت قلي غزير

    في طاسة أخرى يشوح السجق والبصل والفلفل في الزيت

  • 3

    ويضاف السكر وعصير الطماطم والشطة والملح والفلفل

  • 4

    ويترك على النار حتى تمام التسبيك

  • 5

    يضاف الريحان والبقدونس للبطاطس

  • 6

    ثم يضاف السجق ويقدم ساخنا
